President

Since founding Admiralty Insurance Agency in 1987, Marie has built trusted relationships with a wide network of carriers and marine professionals across the country. 

As a licensed insurance broker with decades of specialized marine expertise, Marie is known throughout the marine industry for her integrity, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her clients.  Centering her attention to detail and approachable style,  Marie’s goals are to  ensure peace of mind, and advocate for her clients when they need support the most.

Marie currently serves as President of the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association (MMTA), where she has held leadership roles throughout her career. 

Before launching Admiralty, Marie founded New England Marine Documentation in 1978 and served as President and CEO for over 40 years. Though now retired from documentation work, she is excited to continue in the marine space at the helm of Admiralty Insurance Agency.

Marie looks forward to summertime  in Maine, entertaining her beloved family and friends… and boating of course!

Evie Beauchesne

Customer Service Manager

Evie has been a dedicated professional in the insurance industry since 1979. Since joining Admiralty Insurance Agency in 2002, she has played an integral role in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our network of carriers and underwriters.

Evie has a genuine passion for helping others. She is known for her attentive listening, personalized service, and commitment to making every client feel valued. Decades of experience and her people-first approach make Evie an exceptional customer service manager!

Outside of work, Evie enjoys golfing and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Del Morris Hayward

Operations Manager

Del's career background is in the maritime industry and nonprofit sector. He brings a wealth of experience in customer success, operations management, and community engagement.

He is excited to join the team at Admiralty Insurance Agency and will leverage his experience to provide the excellent service that Admiralty is noted for.  

Del is an avid fisherman, and loves to spend time on the water with friends and family.
